Level 1

Initial Complaint Lodging

If you are not satisfied with any service, you may lodge a complaint through any of the following channels:

Level 2

Escalation to Branch Manager

If your complaint remains unresolved within 10 days, you may escalate the issue to the respective Branch Manager. You can also record the details in the Complaint Book maintained at all branches. Contact details of our branches are given below.

Banking Ombudsman - RBI

If you do not receive a reply within 30 days of filing the complaint, or if you are not satisfied with the reply/resolution provided by the Bank, you may approach the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) Banking Ombudsman.
